Billing Questions

We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:

If you are planning to use insurance, we collect your insurance information and a copy of your insurance card during the intake process. We will bill your appointment claims to your insurance carrier and will collect from you any copay, deductible or co-insurance costs owed. Because insurance claims can take several weeks to a few months to process, it’s important to determine you out-of-pocket costs prior to starting treatment. Our billing department can help you determine how to request this information from your insurance company.
We do not bill appointment claims to insurance carriers we are are out-of-network with. You will be responsible for paying in full for your appointments. After payment is made, we will provide you with a superbill, which is a receipt for payment you can provide to your insurance carrier to receive out-of-network reimbursement. If you are planning to seek reimbursement out-of-network, it’s important to check with your insurance carrier prior to treatment to determine if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
Full fees for the services we offer are listed below.
Psychotherapy, initial appointment- $200
Psychotherapy, 60 min- $180
Psychotherapy, 45 min- $135
Medication Management, initial appointment- $375
Medication Management, 30-min follow up- $300
Medication Management, 20-min follow up- $225
TMS initial treatment determination + first treatment- $500
TMS treatment- $400 per session
Our practice offers financing options through CareCredit as well as reduced fee-options to assist with out-of-pocket costs.
