Personal growth often begins with curiosity — the willingness to take a careful look at your life and the changes you want to make. I work with individuals ready to challenge themselves and grow, even when the process feels uncomfortable or uncertain. My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative to create a space that fosters trust, empowerment, and meaningful change. Together, we explore patterns, uncover strengths, and develop practical strategies that support lasting growth to help you navigate challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My approach is eclectic and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work with adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we’ll create a space that feels supportive, authentic, and empowering.

I don’t have all the answers—and I don’t expect you to either. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with your true self. I meet you where you are, honoring your autonomy while helping you build insight, resilience, and the tools for meaningful change. I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing, even when it doesn’t feel that way.
