Practicum Student

As an intern at StonyCreek Psychotherapy and Wellness, I offer individual therapy for individuals of all ages. I draw from an integrative approach, including frameworks from person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maine in 2025, where I gained clinical research experience exploring topics such as problem-solving and emotion regulation in children and adolescents. I am currently in my second year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Merrimack College. During my first year, I worked as a research assistant on campus, identifying and examining ways to promote mental health and overall well-being in adolescent populations.

I am passionate about fostering a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel empowered to pursue meaningful growth and positive change. I look forward to supporting and collaborating with you throughout your journey.
