Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I am passionate about providing individuals and couples with a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and collaborative environment as they navigate the complexities of life and relationships. I will bring warmth, empathy, and genuineness into the counseling space, ensuring each client is heard, respected, and unconditionally supported.
 
Whether addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, relational challenges, or looking to gain deeper insights and self-awareness, I join with individuals and couples on their unique paths toward personal growth, fulfillment, and well-being. I utilize an integrative person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (attachment theory).
 
My goal is to empower clients to recognize their inner strengths, develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, foster healthy communication, and strengthen relationships. I deeply believe in each client’s ability to cultivate more connected, purposeful, and joyful lives, and I look forward to accompanying you on this meaningful journey!
