I believe therapy is a collaborative space for understanding yourself more deeply and living with intention. Grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting challenges, and the effects of trauma. My goal is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s happening beneath the surface and reconnect with your natural capacity for resilience and change.

My approach integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, motivational interviewing, and EMDR to support the connection between mind and body. These approaches foster awareness, self-compassion, and the innate resilience within each person. Together, we work toward healing and growth at your own pace.

My background includes formal study in holistic and integrative health, which informs my whole-person approach today. I bring empathy, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. My intention is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and make choices that feel authentic and aligned with who you are.
