I take an integrated, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, drawing from relational and feminist therapy, attachment theory, mind-body practices, ACT, and cognitive work. Sessions are infused with warmth, curiosity, and humor as we explore patterns, build resilience, and spark growth with clarity and confidence.
Many of us have survived crises and traumatic events that have had a profound impact on our hearts, minds, and bodies. Navigating the world can feel overwhelming. It’s normal to need some support and guidance through changes and challenges in your life. I’d be honored to walk alongside you when you’re ready.
