Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and I’m honored to walk alongside my clients in that process. Whether the past, present or future feels unmanageable, I believe everyone deserves a place to feel heard, understood and supported. Therapy is a space to show up exactly as you are and work together to create a path towards lasting wellness.

Over the past seven years, I have worked in residential and outpatient mental health treatment as a Clinical Admissions Coordinator, supporting individuals and families from acute stages of crisis to long-term maintenance and lasting recovery. My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of the courage it takes to seek help during vulnerable moments. I have diverse experience working with clients who are navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, attachment and personality disorders and substance abuse. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and Internal Family Systems, approaches that help clients build self-awareness, strengthen internal resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. These modalities allow me to meet clients where they are while fostering a sense of safety, autonomy, and empowerment within the therapeutic process. Currently, I am working towards my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Merrimack College.
